We sit down for 45 minutes and learn how the work actually runs. At the end of that call, if you do not feel it was worth your money, say so and you get every dollar back right there. If you want to keep going, then within 7 days you get the Build Plan: workflow by workflow, what is costing you time, what that is worth in dollars a year, and what to do about each one. Some of it you can fix yourself in an afternoon and we tell you exactly how. Some of it needs building, and those carry a fixed price. Either way the plan is yours to keep.

Most shops do not need custom software. But sometimes one tool, built right, saves a real chunk of the week. This starts with an Assessment so we both know it is worth doing. Then we scope it tight, build it on tools you already pay for, and hand it over. You own it. If you would rather not run it yourself, we can keep it maintained and improving for a flat monthly fee. No build you do not need, and nothing you have to babysit alone.
