For years I was the business intelligence expert inside a large operation. I built the AI and analytics systems, and I worked the actual processes in sales, supply chain, HR, and finance, with real constraints and people who don't have time for hype. I put AI to work on actual problems and saw what holds up and what doesn't.
Most AI advice comes from people who have never run anything. I took the playbook that works inside a working business and built it for small home-services shops. The kind that are too busy for busywork and too small to hire a full-time AI person.
I'm honest about the limits. AI is good at some things and useless at others. The value is knowing the difference before you spend a dollar or an afternoon on it.

I spent years building and supporting enterprise technology at a Fortune 100 company, from the data center up to the systems running on top of it, where downtime isn't an option and everything has to scale. That experience taught me how to build technology that's reliable, secure, and designed for the real world.
Now I bring those same standards to small businesses. Whether it's AI, automation, cloud and data center infrastructure, or internal workflows, I focus on solutions that reduce busywork and create measurable business value.
I don't believe in selling complicated technology. I believe in building systems your team will actually use, without needing an IT department to keep them running.
I handle the technical strategy, implementation, and client relationships, so every project is delivered with the same level of care you'd expect from an enterprise engineering team.
